As one of my most popular Facial procedures, this treatment has helped countless clients feel more confident and happier in their own skin. This is a deep tissue massage using Japanese techniques and acupressure on pressure points and Meridian lines. This facial takes 45 minutes and consists of a double cleanse, tone and massage. This is a Facial destined to completely relax you.

A combination of the Signature and Wonderlift Facial
This is a combination of the Signature and the Wonder Lift Facial to give you an hour and a half of total and ultimate relaxation. The double cleanse, tone, exfoliation and mask elements are taken from the Signature Facial and added to the Wonder lift massage and finished with a moisturise for complete decadence.

My story...
It all began with a comment from my sister.
Skincare has really interested me for a few years. It all started with an over oily skin and a comment from my lovely, but brutally honest sister, “What have you done to your face? You look like you’ve just got out the shower!”, she was right, I did. My skin had become so oily, I looked wet - makeup would just slide off as the day wore on. But, I didn’t know what to do about it.
Christmas came and I had the flu and I had to take to my bed. On Christmas Day, as I was getting in the shower, I noticed my skin wasn’t oily, it felt normal - or what is ‘normal’ for my skin. The day went on and rolled into Boxing Day and once it was over, I took to my bed again. By now my skin was back to being a wet oil slick.
The same thing happened over New Year. I started to think, what was different about the days when it had been ‘normal’? I hadn’t cleansed! The days in bed and those between Christmas and New Year I’d felt too poorly to ‘clean’ my face and hadn’t bothered cleansing it. The days it had been back to the oil slick...I’d used cleanser.
That started my research. Research showed my cleanser was too harsh, I was stripping my skin of it’s natural oils and it was trying to replenish them. I needed to put oil on my face to trick my skin into thinking it had produced the oil itself and didn’t need to produce more. So that’s what I did.
I started with coconut oil, within just a few days I could see the difference. I still needed to clean my face but with something less harsh. I've ended up with a totally new routine and an avid interest in skincare. These days my skin feels and looks great. Often being told I don’t look my age and a couple of people have actually guessed my age to be a whole 10 years younger !! I do think they were just being kind !
I have had several conversations with friends about their skincare regimes and some have gone as far as using the same products as me and noticing huge differences themselves.
For those of us that want to look after our skin - I want to help. I now offer Facials by Katherine Jayne. A relaxed facial in a soothing atmosphere using products that are good for the skin.
My clients leave feeling relaxed, pampered and their skin feels amazing and they glow. If I can achieve that...I’ve done a good job, and that makes me very happy.

I had a delightful facial, this week, by Katherine Jayne. I was totally put at ease from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. It was a really relaxing experience; perfect at the end of a busy day. Felt like a real treat in the middle of the week.
Katherine Jayne used a variety of products. The wonderful aromas added to the experience. Katherine Jayne was very knowledge about the products and the treatments she offers. There is no hard sell but good information about the products and benefits. A real refreshing change from some beauticians who are more concerned about the commission than you. I love the white tea eye gel! Cool, refreshing and you could feel it working right away.
I can not recommend Katherine Jayne highly enough. I’m planning my next visit to her.

A fantastic pamper party delivered by Katherine Jayne this afternoon. Katherine arrived before my guests and got herself set up. When my guests arrived she greeted them all warmly and put them at ease straight away. Each of my guests received about 25-30 mins of facial time consisting of a double cleanse, tone, divine facial massage and moisturise.
My guests were chilled, relaxed and de-stressed by the end of the afternoon. As it was a girls party, the facials occurred in the same room where the rest of us chatted, drank tea and ate cake. This worked really well. Everyone felt included but there was enough privacy for the person having the facial. They have already asked for another one! Could not recommend Katherine Jayne’s pamper parties enough!!!! Just loved the afternoon. Thank you Katherine Jayne xxx
